Google Art Project

Street View technology moves indoors with the Google Art Project that allows you to tour 17 museums around the world. Here's a link to a site showing a sculpture by Johann Gottfried Schadow, Double statue of the princess Luise and Friederike of Prussia.

A story from the Washington Post.

  1. I love your blog ! I'm an amateur painter (mostly invested into thev landscape (See my own blog http://mespayssages.unblog.fr). But I particularly admire (try also to train myself, but...) the great academic drawings.

Aside, I'm making a "huge" compilation of Graphic Representation of the Female Nudes. I could find some pictures in your blog.

If you wish, to thank you, I can send you a DVD of this compilation. Just give me your (geographical) adress. I'll send it through the post.

Have also a look to the page of the french regional painter Edouard HENRY-BEAUMONT and especially his academic Drawings.
